General These terms apply to all users of the site. SilvaScents reserves the right to update these terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Products All candles are hand-poured in small batches. Slight variations in appearance, colour, or scent throw may occur and are a natural characteristic of handcrafted products. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the item received.
Pricing All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors.
Orders & Payment By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed. SilvaScents reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse.
Shipping Orders are shipped Australia-wide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery timeframes are outlined in our Shipping Policy. SilvaScents is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances outside our control.
Returns & Refunds All returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Candle Safety By purchasing from SilvaScents you agree to follow all candle safety guidelines, including but not limited to:
- Never leave a burning candle unattended
- Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials
- Always burn on a heat-resistant surface
- Keep the wax pool free of debris
- Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time
- Discontinue use when only 10mm of wax remains
SilvaScents accepts no liability for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use of our products.
Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, SilvaScents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
Intellectual Property All content on this site including images, text, logos, and branding is the property of SilvaScents and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
