At SilvaScents, we take care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.
Shipping Rates
- Orders under $90 AUD — $10 flat rate shipping Australia-wide
- Orders $90 AUD and over — FREE shipping Australia-wide
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. As our candles are hand-poured in small batches, during busy periods processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard shipping: 5–8 business days
Please note delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at silvascents7@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. For lost parcels, please contact us and we will liaise with the carrier on your behalf.
Please Note SilvaScents is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or circumstances outside our control. Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
